The Fight Fit Militia [FFM] are now the Premier Mixed Martial Arts [MMA] training center in Africa with three EFC MMA African Champions after the devastating performance this month by Costa Ioannou and Garreth McLellan with Costa and Garreth convincingly securing the EFC MMA Africa Light weight and Middle weight titles respectively.

IntePro Ltd helps Zenloc Security Systems Ltd to Establish a Global Presence - This year sees Zenloc Security Systems Ltd., the company behind the award-winning Zenloc Portable Alarm, build on its success in the UK and establish an international presence.
